<p></p><p><b>JOB TITLE: </b> Board Certified Behavior Analyst </p> <h3>QUALIFICATIONS: </h3> <ul> <li>Master’s degree in Special Education or related field </li> <li>Current and valid BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) </li> <li>Valid Texas Driver's license and safe driving record </li> </ul> <h3>KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: </h3> <ul> <li>Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis, function analysis and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and adaptive life skills </li> <li>Ability to work with a variety of clients in regard to age, functionality with minimal direction </li> <li>Possess strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills </li> </ul> <h3>RESPONSIBILITIES: </h3> <ul> <li>Develop behavior plans and treatment plans for students as well as facilitate appropriate behavior strategies </li> <li>Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments using evidence-based tools </li> <li>Maintain compliance with relevant ethical guidelines, laws, and regulations (e.g., BACB Code of Ethics) </li> <li>Provide ongoing support to direct support professionals, ABA implementers and other individuals in support roles for families </li> <li>Assist in the development and implementation of assessment tools to conduct functional assessments and analysis when appropriate </li> <li>Create/maintain a data collection system to establish baseline and programmatic efficacy for students; analyze data to implement best practices </li> <li>Provide appropriate service to each student on the caseload </li> <li>Establish open, frequent communication with parents and all related service staff </li> <li>Make recommendations for the time needed to implement behavioral goals </li> <li>Participate in appropriate staff meetings as requested </li> <li>Establish and maintain a positive working atmosphere with staff in order to encourage a positive learning environment for students </li> <li>Daily attendance and punctuality at work are essential functions of the job </li> <li>Ability to adjust and adapt to a multitude of situations in the school environment </li> <li>Strong family engagement and communication skills </li> </ul> <p>Apply online for EOE/D/V (Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans) </p> <p></p> #J-18808-Ljbffr
