<p></p><h3>Opportunity Overview </h3> <p>We have an immediate opening for a Patient Services Coordinator to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Katy, Texas, and float to Clear Lake office. The Clear Lake office is moving to Houston Texas Medical Center. </p> <ul> <li>Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM; rotating weekend and holidays. </li> </ul> <h3>How You’ll Contribute </h3> <p>In this role, the Patient Services Coordinator will: </p> <ul> <li>Greet patients and manage front office </li> <li>Check patients in for appointments and sanitize rooms </li> <li>Answer patient phone calls and route appropriate team </li> <li>Register new patients into laboratory EMR </li> <li>Send and verify consents </li> <li>Take payments and work closely with Ovation Billing team </li> <li>Process and fax completed lab reports results to referring physicians </li> <li>Act as liaison between lab staff and medical team </li> <li>Work with patients looking to transfer cryopreserved specimens and their originating clinics to collect necessary records and organize shipments </li> <li>Assist lab staff in administrative projects </li> <li>Perform all other duties as assigned </li> </ul> <h3>What You’ll Bring </h3> <p>We’re looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter. </p> <h3>Qualifications and Skills Include </h3> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent is required </li> <li>2+ years previous experience in an administrative role; medical office experience preferred </li> <li>Knowledge of medical software, terminology and procedures preferred </li> <li>Knowledge of HIPAA Regulations preferred </li> <li>Excellent interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to build and facilitate good working relationships with staff at all levels of organization </li> <li>Demonstrated ability with exercising sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information </li> <li>Excellent organizational skills </li> <li>Ability to work independently, under pressure and within deadlines </li> <li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail </li> <li>Ability to work as part of a team </li> <li>Tech savvy </li> <li>Flexibility and willingness to learn at all times </li> <li>Excellent multi-tasking abilities </li> <li>Ability to use billing systems </li> </ul> <p>More important than any single credential, however, is the right person.
