<p></p><h3><b>About the role: </b> </h3> <p>As an Inbound Market Development Representative (MDR) at Parloa, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers engaging with our brand. You’ll play a critical role in converting inbound interest into qualified opportunities for our sales team, and supporting the field marketing team, ensuring every prospect has a thoughtful, high‑quality first experience with Parloa. </p> <p>This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, requiring strong communication skills, curiosity, and a sharp understanding of customer needs. </p> <h3><b>Areas of Ownership: </b> </h3> <ul> <li>Respond to and qualify inbound leads from marketing channels (web, events, campaigns) </li> <li>Engage prospects via email, phone, and social channels to understand their business challenges and goals </li> <li>Conduct discovery conversations to assess fit, urgency, and buying intent </li> <li>Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives </li> <li>Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) </li> <li>Collaborate closely with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance </li> <li>Continuously refine messaging and outreach based on prospect insights </li> <li>Meet and exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities and pipeline contribution </li> </ul> <h3><b>Our BDR Tech‑stack: </b> </h3> <p>LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Outreach, Vidyard, Seamless, Apollo, Zoominfo </p> <h3><b>Who you are: </b> </h3> <ul> <li>1+ years of experience in an SDR, MDR, or customer‑facing role (SaaS experience preferred) </li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li> <li>A customer‑first mindset with the ability to ask thoughtful, probing questions </li> <li>High level of organization and attention to detail </li> <li>Ability to manage multiple inbound conversations simultaneously </li> <li>Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms is a plus </li> <li>Interest in AI, customer experience, or enterprise technology </li> </ul> <h3><b>Salary Range: </b> </h3> <p>$80,000 – $108,000 USD </p> <h3><b>Equal Opportunity Employer: </b> </h3> <p>We provide equal opportunities to all qualified applicants regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, national origin, disability status, socioeconomic background and other characteristics. </p> <h3><b>Compliance: </b> </h3> <p>Parloa is committed to upholding the highest data protection standards for our clients' and employees' data.
