Associate Sales Representative - Sacramento, CA - Craniomaxillofacial

<p></p><h3>Overview </h3><p>As a Craniomaxillofacial Associate Sales Representative, you work as part of a sales team learning and honing your sales skills. You support the marketing and sales of Stryker products by covering cases and performing evaluations in both surgical and office environments. You monitor territory development and maintain clear communication with the sales team. Our hard-working and mission-driven Associates will be a part of delivering outstanding customer service by assisting the Sales Representative to surpass sales targets and performance benchmarks. </p><h3>Responsibilities </h3><ul><li>Assist in promoting and selling Stryker products. </li><li>Conduct product evaluations in Operating Room (OR) and office settings. </li><li>Track territory progress and communicate effectively with Sales Representatives. </li><li>Solve product problems onsite and educate medical staff. </li><li>Provide exceptional service to customers. </li><li>Exceed sales goals and performance metrics. </li><li>Manage and maintain sample inventory meticulously. </li><li>Learn or hone selling skills and process through coaching/mentoring support from Sales Representatives and Managers. </li> </ul><h3>Qualifications </h3><p>Required </p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree from an Accredited University. </li><li>Ability to exert up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds constantly. </li><li>Valid driver’s license. </li><li>Fluency in written and spoken English. </li> </ul><p>Preferred </p><ul><li>1-2 years in Medical Device or B2B sales. </li> </ul><h3>Salary </h3><ul><li><b>$80,000 </b> and may be eligible to earn bonuses + Benefits. </li> </ul><p>Learn more about the CMF Products: </p><p>cmf.stryker.com </p><p>#LIInstruments </p> <p></p> #J-18808-Ljbffr
