Expect to spend 5-6 hours calling per day. </p> <ol> <li><b>Cold Calling: </b> you will have 25 - 40 live conversations per day on 165-180 dials per day </li> <li><b>Completions &amp; Activations: </b> Completed conversations with target prospects to assess their timing and potential fit based on their role, industry, and use case. Activating leads that are ready-to-evaluate. </li> <li><b>Book meetings: </b> Turn initial contact into scheduled intro calls. </li> <li><b>Follow up: </b> Regularly follow up with “not now” contacts </li> <li><b>Collaborate with growth and marketing: </b> Share feedback from the field, test new messaging, and help optimize outreach strategies. </li> <li><b>Maintain clean CRM hygiene: </b> Log activities and track lead progress to support team visibility and performance insights (based on the training you will receive) </li> <li><b>Grow into second-call ownership: </b> As you gain traction, take occasional follow-up calls, a natural ramp toward a Junior Account Executive (AE) role is possible. </li> </ol> <h3>Key Skills </h3> <ul> <li>Cold calling </li> <li>Situational awareness on a cold call </li> <li>Excellent verbal communication (over the phone). </li> <li>Loves to be coached, beginner mindset with pro-level skills </li> <li>Ability to absorb product messaging and translate it into conversations. </li> </ul> <h3>Does this sound like you? </h3> <ul> <li>Cold calling confidence </li> <li>Outbound cold calling experience of at least 1 year </li> <li>Can pivot as needed with new messaging/targeting </li> <li>Eager to improve and open to coaching </li> <li>Outbound B2B Cold Calling: gets it, wants it, can do it. </li> </ul> <h3>Requirements </h3> <ul> <li>Willing to be <b>in office 5 days a week </b> </li> <li>Bachelor’s degree, Associates degree, or at least two years of work experience </li> <li>Will <b>not </b> require citizen sponsorship </li> <li>Fits into our salary, commission and OTE range. </li> </ul> <p>We are an equal‑opportunity employer.
