If you’re ready to modernize one of the most essential industries, we’d love for you to be a part of it. </p><h3>Role </h3><p>We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and driven Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic Sales team. Our SDRs play a critical part in the business as the first touchpoint, the brand ambassadors, and the direct link between our product and the customers we serve. In this role, you will be a key driver of the company’s sales growth by generating qualified leads, establishing initial contact with prospects, and creating opportunities for the sales team by communicating the value proposition of the Findigs platform. </p><p>Where you will make an impact: </p><ul><li>Strategically research and identify high-value prospective customers, developing a deep understanding of their complex business needs and pain points. </li><li>Execute sophisticated outreach sequences across multiple channels, including cold calling, email, social media, and in-person visits, to introduce Findigs’ advanced value propositions to key decision‑makers. </li><li>Schedule and qualify high-quality sales meetings, demos, and follow-up calls to consistently advance prospects through the sales cycle for the Account Executive team. </li><li>Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer information in Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and contributing to pipeline forecasting. </li><li>Act as a subject matter expert, staying current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and comprehensive product knowledge to handle advanced prospect objections. </li><li>Consistently exceed quota and sales targets while actively contributing to a positive, growth‑oriented team environment. </li><li>Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to optimize lead generation, refine messaging strategies, and test new outreach tactics. </li><li>Mentor new SDRs, sharing best practices and contributing to the overall development and success of the team. </li><li>Future opportunities to make an impact in other areas of the business, including marketing, processes, operations, and customer success. </li> </ul><p>We’d love to hear from you if you have: </p><ul><li>1+ years of successful experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or a similar quota‑carrying role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. </li><li>A proven track record of consistently exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. </li><li>Exceptional phone presence and the confidence to engage in executive‑level conversations, effectively representing the Findigs brand. </li><li>A strong analytical background and excitement for deriving strategic insights from sales data to optimize performance and process. </li><li>A steadfast, resilient mentality with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and handle advanced prospect objections. </li><li>A bias for action, demonstrated self‑management in driving your own pipeline, learning, skills, and the Findigs mission forward. </li><li>A positive attitude and creative approach to solving problems, contributing to team innovation. </li><li>Desire to be part of something bigger than yourself and ready to join a mission‑driven, category‑creating company. </li> </ul><h3>Nice‑to‑haves </h3><ul><li>Experience working at a B2B, SaaS, or Proptech startup in a prospecting function. </li><li>Experience using sales tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Nooks, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other sales enablement software. </li> </ul><h3>Benefits </h3><ul><li>Location: Office‑first schedule with 4‑5 days in‑office per week at our NoHo office, and flexibility to work from home when needed. </li><li>Mission‑Driven Culture: Collaborative, high‑impact workplace where we challenge each other to grow, innovate, and drive meaningful change. </li><li>Competitive Compensation: OTE + Pre‑IPO equity. </li><li>Generous Time Off: Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO) policy and all‑company holidays. </li><li>Wellness Perks: Health benefits, 401(k) matching up to 4%, monthly gym stipend, and lunch provided every day. </li> </ul><h3>Compensation </h3><p>Base salary: $72,000 – $120,000 per year.
