<p></p><h3>Outside Sales Representative (new business development exp. req.) </h3> <p><b>Location: </b> Must live in or near Eastern NY </p> <p><b>Territory: </b> Eastern New York (70% Hudson Valley) </p> <p><b>Salary: </b> $80,000+ base (DOE) + Uncapped Commission (OTE $130k+, 15% YoY increase) + Car Allowance </p> <p><b>Benefits: </b> Car allowance, company credit card for gas/mileage/work expenses </p> <p><b>Job Type: </b> Full-Time </p> <p><b>Typical Hours: </b> Monday-Friday, ~40 hours/week </p> <p><b>Travel: </b> 4 days/week in the field; some overnights required </p> <p><b>Start Date: </b> ASAP </p> <p><b>Sponsorship: </b> Not available </p> <h3>Description </h3> <p>If you’re a true hunter who loves building a territory, owning your pipeline, and closing net new business, this role gives you the autonomy and upside to run your market like it’s your own. </p> <p>Our client in the pavement maintenance solutions industry is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to grow a largely net-new territory across Eastern New York. In this role, you will call on municipalities, DOTs, utilities, and related customers while managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through close. This position is ideal for someone with strong outside sales and new business development experience who thrives on being in the field, generating their own leads, and building relationships face-to-face. To succeed, you must be organized, self-directed, comfortable on job sites, and motivated by uncapped earning potential. </p> <p>This territory has <b>strong demand and high earning potential </b> for someone who’s energized by being on the road, in front of customers, and driving new revenue. </p> <h3>Responsibilities </h3> <ul> <li>Build and grow a net-new territory across municipalities, DOTs, utilities, and related accounts </li> <li>Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, demos, quoting, bidding, and closing </li> <li>Conduct on site product demos, field evaluations, and customer training </li> <li>Create proposals, bids, and supporting sales materials </li> <li>Maintain CRM activity, pipeline accuracy, and weekly reporting </li> <li>Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings </li> <li>Travel throughout the territory 4 days/week to drive new business and support customers </li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications </h3> <ul> <li>3+ years of outside sales and new business development experience required </li> <li>Comfortable working on active job sites and outdoor conditions required </li> <li>Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and ability to travel daily required </li> <li>Valid passport or ability to obtain one before hire required </li> </ul> <p></p> #J-18808-Ljbffr
