You make deals move and margins hold. </p><h3>What you'll own </h3><ul><li>Partner on Mid-Market and Enterprise proposals; support smaller deals on request </li><li>Fast proposal turnaround from complete specifications </li><li>Help compress proposal-to-negotiation cycle time </li><li>Protect pricing accuracy and margin </li><li>Build reusable proposal templates by segment and application vertical </li><li>Coordinate sample production with manufacturing </li><li>Quantify customer value: uptime, scrap reduction, brand impact, regulatory pass </li> </ul><h3>What it takes </h3><ul><li>5+ years in technical sales support, applications engineering, or estimating with direct customer-facing proposal involvement (pure back-office estimating is not the profile) </li><li>Materials-science fluency (substrates, adhesives, liners, finishing) applied to real application environments </li><li>Print-process literacy: flexographic, digital, offset; pressure-sensitive / narrow-web converting strongly preferred </li><li>Built detailed cost models and value-aligned pricing strategies </li><li>Comfortable joining customer calls to surface unmet pain (compliance, line speed, scrap, brand, recall risk) </li><li>Executive-grade written communication; proposals read for decision-makers, not just spec sheets </li> </ul><h3>Why it's worth it </h3><p>This is NOT back-office estimating.
