The program aims to give women the skills necessary to maintain their sobriety and the education, skills, and guidance to be effective, nurturing parents. Services include individual, family, and group therapy, parenting education, and more. The Recovery Specialist position is a great opportunity for someone who seeks to be a positive presence in the lives of those who are struggling with addiction. </p> <h3>Job Description </h3> <ul> <li>Benefits that start day‑1! </li> <li>Schedule: 40 Hours, Tuesday – Saturday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm </li> </ul> <h3>Responsibilities </h3> <ul> <li>Providing support to women & families throughout the stages of their recovery </li> <li>Collaborating with the Clinical Supervisor and fellow colleagues to ensure client progress </li> <li>Searching client belongings on admission and at discharge, or as otherwise directed by supervisor </li> <li>Completing all necessary checklists, shift documentation, and record keeping in a timely manner in accordance with agency policies and procedures </li> <li>Observing and supervising buildings and grounds </li> <li>Providing transportation to families as necessary </li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications </h3> <ul> <li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED) </li> <li>Experience working with substance use populations is preferred </li> <li>Valid MA Driver’s License in good standing is preferred </li> </ul> <h3>Pay Range </h3> <p>$20.00 – $24.38 </p> <p>The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
