This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in critical care and cardiopulmonary health who thrives on disrupting traditional practices and improving clinical outcomes. </p> <h3>Key Responsibilities </h3> <ul> <li>Support new technology implementation across hospitals and clinical sites. </li> <li>Provide hands‑on training to physicians, nurses, and clinical educators. </li> <li>Champion a modern approach to managing critically ill patients. </li> <li>Conduct needs assessments and deliver tailored educational programs. </li> <li>Act as a clinical resource and advocate for best practices. </li> <li>Foster exceptional user experience and adherence through ongoing support. </li> <li>Partner closely with sales to acquire new accounts and increase adoption. </li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications </h3> <ul> <li>5+ years in critical care, emergency medicine, telemetry, or step‑down units. </li> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or higher preferred. </li> <li>Valid Nursing or Physician Assistant license. </li> <li>Strong cardiopulmonary clinical background. </li> <li>Ability to travel within assigned territory (2–3 nights/week). </li> <li>Technologically savvy, highly autonomous, and goal‑oriented. </li> <li>Exceptional communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills. </li> </ul> <h3>Compensation </h3> <ul> <li>Base $130k + $40k bonus – $170k OTE </li> </ul> <p></p> #J-18808-Ljbffr
