Medical Device Sales Representative - Surgical Equipment

<p></p><h3>Responsibilities </h3> <ul> <li>Calling on Surgeons, Material Management and more in the Hospital, OR and Surgery Centers </li> <li>Selling multiple products for patient safety, positioning and other disposables used for surgery. </li> <li>Responsible for promoting and selling surgical safety solutions to existing and new customers </li> <li>Learn and effectively communicate product benefits </li> <li>Building relationships with surgeons, nurses, clinical directors, operating room staff, and hospital administration and supply chain/purchasing departments to maintain business or identify new business opportunities </li> <li>Achieve sales targets within assigned territory </li> <li>Identify and prospect new customers in hospitals, medical centers, and clinics </li> <li>Work closely with internal leadership and communicate needs effectively </li> <li>Not on call </li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications </h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor Degree Required </li> <li>Hunter mentality with sales '#'s and accomplishments </li> <li>1-2 Years of B2B sales (Payroll, Copiers, Uniforms) or Light Medical Experience. No Pharma! </li> <li>Minimum 2 years tenure with current employer </li> <li>Must own a quota and a track record of proven sales success with accomplishments in resume </li> <li>Proven ability to knock on doors, cold call, prospect and close new business </li> <li>Ability to travel daily to different locations throughout assigned territory </li> </ul> <h3>Compensation </h3> <p>50-60k Base Salary $90-$100K FYE uncapped commissions, Compensation Guarantee for the first few months!
