Sales Representative Medical Device

<p></p><h3>Role Overview </h3> <p>Radiometer is seeking a Sales Representative to build and nurture customer relationships, proactively identify new business opportunities, and enhance sales growth in North Carolina and Virginia. </p> <h3>Responsibilities </h3> <ul> <li>Create and execute a territory plan to win new customers, retain base business, and expand existing accounts. </li> <li>Progress the sales funnel and advance sales through onsite calls. </li> <li>Conduct annual customer business reviews of top accounts and assist in managing escalated accounts with the regional support team. </li> <li>Maintain accurate sales funnel, customer contacts, activities, and forecasts in the CRM system. </li> <li>Deliver high-value proposals that meet customer needs while achieving company growth objectives. </li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications </h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree required; science major preferred. </li> <li>3+ years of sales experience required; experience in the medical device industry preferred. </li> <li>1+ year of capital equipment sales experience preferred. </li> <li>Previous experience in respiratory therapy, nursing, clinical laboratory, or related fields is a plus. </li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM database systems. </li> </ul> <h3>Requirements </h3> <ul> <li>Minimum 70% travel throughout the territory, including overnight travel. </li> <li>Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for the last three years. </li> <li>Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 50 pounds. </li> </ul> <h3>Compensation &amp; Benefits </h3> <ul> <li>Salary range: $90,000 – $100,000 (subject to change). </li> <li>Eligible for bonus and incentive pay. </li> <li>Comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k). </li> </ul> <h3>EEO Statement </h3> <p>Danaher Corporation and all Danaher Companies are committed to equal opportunity regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, marital status, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or other characteristics protected by law. </p> <p>The U.S. EEO posters are available at </p> <p>We comply with federal and state disability laws and make reasonable accommodations for applicants and employees with disabilities.
