<p></p><h3>Board Certified Behavior Analyst </h3> <p>Location: Home-based around the Quincy area, Massachusetts. </p> <h3>About this Position </h3> <p>South Shore Autism Center LLC is an established ABA company offering competitive pay and bonus opportunities. This full‑time role requires a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise a team of behavior therapists and provide clinical services to clients across the South Shore region. </p> <h3>Position Summary </h3> <p>As an SSAC Behavior Analyst, you will maintain a caseload of clients, conduct initial assessments, write treatment plans, supervise behavior therapists, and collaborate with BCBAs and the Clinical Director to ensure high‑quality service delivery. You will also provide school consultation, parent training, and contribute to program‑wide initiatives. </p> <h3>Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities </h3> <ul> <li>Client‑specific oversight, initial assessment, treatment plan writing, reassessments, and schedule management. </li> <li>Supervise and mentor Behavior Therapists. </li> <li>Monitor data, write and modify programs, and train staff. </li> <li>Serve as main point of contact for families; provide daily/weekly updates. </li> <li>Facilitate client transitions to new teams when clinically appropriate. </li> <li>Provide school and community consultation. </li> <li>Collaborate with other providers, deliver individual and group parent training. </li> <li>Assist with leadership, train new BCBAs, and mentor colleagues. </li> <li>Participate in clinical meetings, staff meetings, and professional development. </li> <li>Protect confidentiality of clients and families. </li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications </h3> <ul> <li>Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, education, psychology, or related field. </li> <li>BCBA certification and Massachusetts license (LABA). </li> <li>One or more years of BCBA experience; newly certified BCBAs eligible for BCBA Pathway program. </li> <li>At least three years of ABA experience or working with individuals with developmental disabilities. </li> <li>At least three years experience working with children with autism ages 14 and younger, including toddlers. </li> <li>Two recent writing samples demonstrating clinical skills (FBA, treatment plan, behavior support plan, instructional program). </li> <li>Two professional or academic references. </li> <li>Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. </li> <li>Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and move quickly with clients. </li> <li>Consent to criminal background investigation. </li> <li>Travel to clients’ homes on the South Shore as needed. </li> </ul> <h3>Benefits </h3> <ul> <li>Guaranteed base salary with potential to earn up to or over $90k annually. </li> <li>Monthly bonus opportunities up to $20k per year. </li> <li>Covered LABA and BACB renewal costs. </li> <li>Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance. </li> <li>401(k) and Health Savings Account. </li> <li>Paid time off (vacation, sick, personal) and paid holidays. </li> <li>Tuition reimbursement, CEU stipend, and free CEUs during meetings. </li> <li>Monthly transportation stipend and mileage reimbursement. </li> <li>Company‑provided technology. </li> <li>Flexible schedules with low required billable hours and bonus structure for additional hours. </li> <li>Advancement opportunities and referral program. </li> </ul> <h3>Working Conditions </h3> <p>The role involves extended walking, standing, and constant movement.
