The role is remote‑based with local travel required to visit retail partners. A personal vehicle is required and mileage will be reimbursed. Approximately 30% of the travel may involve overnight stays. </p><h3>Responsibilities </h3><ul><li>Sell Progressive Leasing’s product and value to small‑to‑midsize retail partners so that they promote the product to their customers rather than competitors. </li><li>Conduct quarterly business reviews with retail partners to demonstrate key performance indicators, technology integration, and point‑of‑purchase marketing materials to increase balance of share (BOS). </li><li>Manage the sales pipeline within the assigned area. </li><li>Achieve company objectives through effective planning, sales goal achievement, and thorough follow‑up on retail partner needs. </li><li>Collaborate with sales leadership and marketing departments within Progressive Leasing and retail partners to follow up on leads and expand the customer base. </li><li>Work with internal product management teams to ensure retail partner needs are met. </li><li>Identify and secure new retail partners that could benefit from Progressive Leasing’s products and services, and convince them to contract with us. </li><li>Build and maintain relationships with established retail partners to drive profit margins and improve operational efficiency. </li><li>Negotiate contractual agreements with new and existing retail partners. </li><li>Drive long‑term results by building advocacy through in‑store training, one‑on‑one meetings, and successful onboarding. </li><li>Work in an entrepreneurial environment, taking pride in making a difference for our customers. </li><li>Resolve compliance cases through the implementation and enforcement of policies. </li> </ul><h3>Qualifications </h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; equivalent work experience may be substituted. </li><li>3‑5 years’ experience in retail sales, field sales, sales training, and/or account management. </li><li>3‑5 years’ experience in cold calling, hunting, or prospecting new B2C or B2B opportunities. </li><li>Demonstrated experience exceeding quota and impacting growth, preferably in a retail environment. </li><li>Strong business acumen with the ability to interact in a professional setting. </li><li>Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills. </li><li>Superior interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. </li><li>Moderate‑level experience with Microsoft Office Suite. </li><li>Moderate‑level experience with Salesforce. </li><li>Previous training experience with others (preferred). </li><li>Strong work ethic, high initiative, and interest in modern technology and software applications. </li><li>Ability to work with management to achieve sales goals. </li><li>Strategic thinking with the ability to create detailed business plans for account growth. </li><li>Refined presentation skills and comfort addressing large groups. </li><li>Ability to analyze data to identify sales and growth opportunities within the market. </li> </ul><h3>Benefits </h3><ul><li>Competitive compensation with potential bonus.
