<p></p><h3>Senior Sales Development Representative </h3> <p>The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities to expand the reach of our sales team. The SDR serves as the initial point of contact to build relationships with prospects and key decision makers, driving new business opportunities and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. </p> <h3>Key Accountabilities </h3> <ul> <li><b>Advanced Sales Strategies: </b> Develops and implements advanced sales strategies with growth leaders to target key accounts and maximize revenue. </li> <li><b>Mentorship: </b> Often mentors and supports junior sales representatives. </li> <li><b>Performance Review: </b> Reviews business performance and plans sales activities accordingly. </li> </ul> <h3>Skills & Requirements </h3> <ul> <li><b>Lead Generation: </b> Research and identify potential leads through various channels such as social media, email campaigns, phone calls, and networking. </li> <li><b>Prospect Outreach: </b> Initiate contact with potential customers via phone calls, emails, and social media to introduce the company’s services. </li> <li><b>Building Relationships: </b> Work across various industries with senior decision makers, introducing them to AMS’s talent solutions. </li> </ul> <h3>Why AMS? </h3> <p>At AMS, we bring together people from diverse backgrounds to shape the future of work.
