<p></p><p>If you are unable to complete this application due to a disability, contact this employer to ask for an accommodation or an alternative application process. </p> <h3>Mail Room Specialist </h3> <p>Full Time 30-39 Hour Hinderliter de Llamas &amp; Associates Fresno, CA TFA, Fresno, CA, US </p> <p>4 days ago Requisition ID: 1286 </p> <p>Salary Range: $17.75 to $19.00 Hourly </p> <h3>Job Description </h3> <p>The Mail Room Specialist I reports to the Mail Room Supervisor. </p> <h3>Job Responsibilities </h3> <ul> <li>Priming of payment to customer accounts. </li> <li>Updating customer accounts accordingly after accounting procedures. </li> <li>Retrieve and deliver mail to local PO Box. </li> <li>Gain experience concerning mail operations within TFA. </li> <li>Sort and collate mail. </li> <li>Handle and sort physical checks, money orders, and cash. </li> <li>Prepare batches for deposit to remittance specialist. </li> <li>Scan non-payment related correspondence and paperwork. </li> <li>Fold and insert outbound mail for delivery. </li> <li>Record inbound &amp; outbound mail data. </li> <li>Process returned mail &amp; update customer accounts accordingly. </li> </ul> <h3>Skills and Qualifications </h3> <ul> <li>Has the capacity to work with minimal supervision. </li> <li>Able to make routine decisions regarding day-to-day procedures. </li> <li>Capable of solving complex problems. </li> <li>General computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Office Suite </li> <li>Capacity to operate mail room equipment such as postage meters, letter openers, and the like. </li> <li>Intermediate knowledge to troubleshoot issues. Capacity to express creative solutions to basic problems. </li> </ul> <h3>Education and Experience </h3> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED </li> </ul> <h3>Compensation </h3> <p>The starting base salary for this Fresno position is expected to be between $17.75 to $19.00 per hour.
