You’ll spend 3 days in clinic and 2 days working from home each week, giving you time for both hands‑on clinical leadership and focused planning, documentation, supervision, and follow‑up. More support. </h3> <p>You’ll work with a team that understands the demands of ABA and shows up for each other. </p> <h3>Collaboration that actually helps. </h3> <p>Expect teamwork, shared problem‑solving, and leaders who understand what BCBAs do every day. </p> <h3>Your expertise is respected. </h3> <p>You’ll have the space to lead clinically, make data‑driven decisions, and guide meaningful client outcomes. </p> <h3>Work that makes an impact. </h3> <p>From new skills learned to confidence built and independence gained, your work will directly support clients and families in real life. </p> <h3>What You’ll Do </h3> <ul> <li>Own clinical outcomes for your assigned caseload </li> <li>Monitor client progress, goal mastery, and discharge planning </li> <li>Ensure authorized hours are used effectively </li> <li>Conduct assessments, including FBAs, functional analyses when appropriate, and skills assessments such as VB‑MAPP and ABLLS‑R </li> <li>Develop individualized, function‑based Behavior Intervention Plans </li> <li>Ensure programming meets medical necessity and payer requirements </li> <li>Provide oversight for high‑acuity cases and crisis situations </li> <li>Review data and adjust interventions as needed </li> <li>Supervise and coach RBTs and BTs according to BACB requirements </li> <li>Model clinical skills and provide in‑the‑moment feedback </li> <li>Support treatment fidelity, accurate data collection, and proper prompting and reinforcement strategies </li> <li>Communicate regularly with caregivers and provide training and updates </li> </ul> <h3>What We’re Looking For </h3> <ul> <li>Active BCBA certification through the BACB </li> <li>State licensure, if applicable </li> <li>2–3 years of ABA experience </li> <li>Experience with high‑acuity behaviors and complex cases </li> <li>Strong supervision, coaching, and staff development skills </li> <li>A collaborative, hands‑on approach to clinical leadership </li> </ul> <p>Momentum Behavior Services celebrates diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all team members.
