Operating in one of the most competitive residential real estate markets in New York City, we rely on a talented, high-performing team to deliver exceptional experiences for our residents and effectively tell the story of why our communities stand apart. </p> <p>Job Title: Seasonal Resident Account Representative </p> <p>FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Hourly </p> <p>Location: New York, NY </p> <p><b>This position will be working in our office Monday - Friday, with a tentative end date of October 31, 2026. </b> </p> <p><b>As a Seasonal Resident Account Representative, you should be: </b> </p> <ul> <li><b>Detail-oriented </b>with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency. </li> <li><b>A passionate person </b>who believes in helping others win by providing the resources and development necessary to grow. </li> <li><b>An </b><b>open-minded </b><b>communicator </b>who establishes clear, direct expectations for team members and provides an avenue for feedback that allows people to improve every day. </li> <li><b>An </b><b>empathetic </b><b>operator </b>who has an unwavering commitment to excellence and will persistently pursue the team’s objectives. </li> <li><b>Authentic. </b>Bring your best self to work, let’s do something amazing. </li> <li><b>Flexible </b>knowing and expecting that things change and that’s what makes our business stronger. </li> </ul> <p><b>What you will do: </b> </p> <ul> <li>Primary focus will be on executing residential vacates within 14-day regulatory timeframe, applying all move-out charges against the security deposit with any remaining refund issued via EFT or check </li> <li>Other lease administration functions that are in scope include processing move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and adjustments on a timely basis into the operating systems with accuracy, completeness, and timeliness for both residential and commercial tenants </li> <li>Process required banking information for creation/withdrawal of security deposit funds during move-in/out cycle via JPMC ESAP Portal for residents </li> <li>Provide high level of customer service to our residents via email ticketing system/emails and timely telephone interaction with polite resolution; regular and timely communication updates are required through closure. </li> </ul> <p><b>What you should have: </b> </p> <ul> <li><b>Basic understanding (2+ years) </b>in Accounts Receivable preferred. </li> <li><b>P </b>roven track record of delivering results is required. Doing any, or all of that, in a multi-family environment would be good too. </li> <li>Knowledge of MRI accounting software a plus. </li> <li>Ability to multi-task under high pressure in a fast-paced environment. </li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li> <li>Time management and organizational skills. </li> </ul> <p>We know that if we take care of our team, everything else will fall into place.
