As one of our Account Representatives, you will work with patients and third-party payors to ensure proper coverage for the care and caring we deliver. </p><p>Account Representative (Medicare Team)- Full Time - Midtown Location (Hybrid) </p><p>This position is for a Medicare Accounts Representative. The role entails that staff is responsible for billing, collections, claims follow-up, denial resolution, and patient account management for all Medicare patients. Ensure that all claims are submitted in the accepted timeframe. Investigate patient inquiries involving financial mattersto secure payment. </p><p><b>Preferred Criteria </b> </p><ul><li>Two to four year’s prior experience </li><li>Bilingual (Spanish) </li><li>Associates degree </li> </ul><h3><b>Required Criteria </b> </h3><ul><li>High School diploma or GED </li><li>PC/Data entry keyboarding skills </li><li>Ability to demonstrate compassion and strong customer service skills </li><li>Effective communication skills.
