Bring your best self to work, let’s do something amazing. </li> <li>Flexible knowing and expecting that things change and that’s what makes our business stronger. </li> </ul> <h3>What you will do: </h3> <ul> <li>Primary focus will be on executing residential vacates within the 14-day regulatory timeframe, applying all move‑out charges against the security deposit with any remaining refund issued via EFT or check. </li> <li>Other lease administration functions that are in scope include processing move‑ins, move‑outs, renewals, and adjustments on a timely basis into the operating systems with accuracy, completeness, and timeliness for both residential and commercial tenants. </li> <li>Process required banking information for creation/withdrawal of security deposit funds during the move-in/out cycle via JPMC ESAP Portal for residents. </li> <li>Provide a high level of customer service to our residents via email ticketing system/emails and timely telephone interaction with polite resolution; regular and timely communication updates are required through closure. </li> </ul> <h3>What you should have: </h3> <ul> <li>Basic understanding (2+ years) in Accounts Receivable preferred. </li> <li>Proven track record of delivering results is required. Doing any, or all of that, in a multi-family environment would be good too. </li> <li>Knowledge of MRI accounting software a plus. </li> <li>Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). </li> <li>Ability to multi-task under high pressure in a fast-paced environment. </li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li> <li>Time management and organizational skills. </li> </ul> <h3>What we offer: </h3> <p>We know that if we take care of our team, everything else will fall into place.
