<p></p><h3>Full-Stack Engineer </h3> <p>We’re building Reflow, a workforce and workflow intelligence platform that helps teams understand and improve how work gets done. We’re expanding our full-stack team to accelerate feature development, scale analytics systems, and ship the next wave of intelligence-driven capabilities. </p> <h3>Key Responsibilities </h3> <ul> <li>Build and maintain core product features across frontend (Next.js) and backend (Django) stacks. </li> <li>Design and implement analytics dashboards, data visualizations, and real-time reporting systems. </li> <li>Own API design, optimization, and integration between our apps and backend services. </li> <li>Ensure database performance and reliability, from schema design to query optimization. </li> <li>Collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams to move quickly from concept to live feature. </li> <li>Help shape development standards, best practices, and architecture for scalability. </li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications </h3> <ul> <li>Experienced in Django (Python) and Next.js (React), comfortable moving between backend and frontend. </li> <li>Strong understanding of API architecture, data modeling, and performance tuning. </li> <li>Proven ability to build analytics-heavy applications and make data usable, visual, and fast. </li> <li>Pragmatic and fast-moving, you know how to deliver in an evolving product environment. </li> <li>Opinionated about clean, maintainable code but flexible when shipping fast matters. </li> <li>Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL, or analytics pipeline concepts. </li> <li>Experience in frontend performance optimization and responsive UI design. </li> <li>Understanding of AI-driven or automation-based backend systems. </li> </ul> <p>You’ll be building at the intersection of data, intelligence, and product, turning massive workflow datasets into insights and automation. You’ll work directly with founders and the early team, shaping product architecture, development practices, and what performance intelligence means at scale. </p> <p>Contractor position. We need someone who can turn the spark into repeatable growth and own Reflow’s go‑to‑market engine: strategy, execution, and everything in between. </p> <h3>Key Responsibilities </h3> <ul> <li>Define and execute the go‑to‑market strategy across segments, channels, and pricing. </li> <li>Build and refine sales and onboarding funnels, shortening time‑to‑value from demo to deployment. </li> <li>Drive expansion, retention, and revenue growth through structured customer journeys and success programs. </li> <li>Partner with founders on positioning, messaging, and category creation. </li> <li>Run experiments across outbound, inbound, and partner‑led motions; find what scales. </li> <li>Develop and own the GTM playbook, from ICPs to touchpoints, success metrics, and process design. </li> <li>Collaborate with product and engineering to translate market feedback into roadmap priorities. </li> <li>Hire and lead future GTM roles (CS, sales, marketing) as the org scales. </li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications </h3> <ul> <li>Proven operator in GTM, sales, or growth at an early‑stage company. </li> <li>Experience in B2B or enterprise software, especially in data, analytics, productivity, BI, workforce, and similar. </li> <li>Strategic and analytical, can break down funnel performance and spot leverage points fast. </li> <li>Equally comfortable in the weeds and at 30,000 feet. </li> <li>Sharp communicator who can translate complex product value into clear, human messaging. </li> <li>Entrepreneurial by default; former founder, first business hire, or a chaos‑to‑process turner. </li> <li>Bonus if you’ve sold or marketed productivity, analytics, or performance intelligence software. </li> <li>Be the first business and GTM hire at Reflow, building the foundation for how we grow, learn, and sell. </li> <li>Work directly with the founders, influence product and market direction, and have ownership over every step of our customer journey. </li> <li>Not a sales manager; a company‑shaping position to drive product‑market fit and scale. </li> </ul> <p>We’re flexible on setup (contract or full‑time), but you’ll need to move fast, experiment relentlessly, and be obsessed with learning how customers buy and succeed. </p> <h3>Locations </h3> <ul> <li>Remote </li> <li>Mexico </li> <li>Argentina </li> <li>Colombia </li> <li>Chile </li> <li>Uruguay </li> <li>Costa Rica </li> </ul> <p></p> #J-18808-Ljbffr
