<p></p><h3>Who we are looking for </h3> <p>We are hiring Digital Asset GD Collateral Specialist to be a collateral subject matter expert in our Global Delivery (GD) function, participating in workstreams to build digital asset operations within State Street’s infrastructure. You will be responsible for sharing knowledge and expertise around current operational workflows, maintaining alignment to GD Collateral leadership, escalating any concerns to functional leadership, acquiring approvals of new models with functional leadership, and maintaining alignment with digital asset operations leadership. We expect this candidate to have a risk excellence mindset and be proficient establishing an effective control environment. The ideal candidate should understand digital asset concepts (blockchain knowledge, understanding of digital asset types, decentralized finance, tokenization, etc). At a minimum this candidate should have intellectual curiosity to learn about digital asset servicing. This role will have a dual reporting line to GD Collateral leadership and digital asset operations leadership. </p> <h3>Why this role is important to us </h3> <p>This role will have an important part in the overall success of the organization.
