<p></p><h3>Job Summary </h3><p>Our client, a leading airline and travel services organization, is seeking a UX Principal App Designer to join their team. This role will be responsible for creating user-centered mobile application experiences, driving UX strategy, conducting research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and engaging digital products. </p><h3>Key Details </h3><ul><li>Contract Type: W2 </li><li>Contract Duration: 6 Months (07/08/2026 – 12/31/2026) </li><li>Location: Fort Worth, TX </li><li>Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Onsite Tuesday–Thursday; Remote Monday &amp; Friday) </li><li>This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role. </li> </ul><h3>Core Responsibilities </h3><ul><li>Partner with cross-functional Agile teams to define user stories, UX requirements, and design deliverables. </li><li>Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, interaction flows, and detailed design specifications. </li><li>Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions. </li><li>Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders using research findings and best practices. </li><li>Collaborate closely with developers to ensure effective implementation of design solutions. </li><li>Maintain UX documentation including user flows, navigation structures, prototypes, and design patterns. </li><li>Manage project communications, status reporting, risks, and stakeholder alignment throughout the design lifecycle. </li> </ul><h3>Required Skills / Experience (Must‑Haves) </h3><ul><li>3+ years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or a related discipline. </li><li>Experience designing native iOS and Android applications. </li><li>Proficiency with UX and prototyping tools such as Axure, Sketch, Zeplin, Flinto, and Adobe Creative Cloud. </li><li>Experience working within Agile development environments. </li><li>Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards. </li><li>Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research and usability testing. </li><li>Portfolio showcasing relevant UX design work and problem-solving approach. </li> </ul><h3>Preferred Skills / Experience (Nice‑to‑Haves) </h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors Engineering, Computer Science, Visual Design, or a related field. </li><li>5+ years of UX design or interaction design experience. </li><li>Experience creating scalable UX systems and enterprise application designs. </li><li>Strong information architecture and workflow design experience. </li><li>Experience with responsive and adaptive design methodologies. </li><li>Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and design reviews. </li> </ul><h3>Key Competencies &amp; Behaviors </h3><ul><li>Strong communication and presentation skills. </li><li>User-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. </li><li>Ability to influence stakeholders and drive design decisions. </li><li>Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills. </li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. </li> </ul><h3>Compensation &amp; Benefits </h3><p>Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $60.00 and $73.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
