The CPMB's mission is to ensure the health and safety of each person in community care through background checks and other services. </p> <p>Guiding Principles: Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility, Belonging. </p> <p>We prioritize community engagement, empowerment, quality services, and data‑defined outcomes. </p> <h3>Job Description and Duties </h3> <p>Under the direction of the Supervisor I, the analyst performs policy related functions and activities, such as legislative, regulatory and policy analysis, development, implementation, and evaluation. The analyst analyzes legislation, drafts regulatory language, and evaluates programmatic impacts. </p> <p>Applicants with knowledge of CCLD licensing laws, regulations, and procedures; background check case management system; Licensing Information System (LIS); and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other common software programs are highly desirable. </p> <h3>Qualifications and Experience </h3> <p>• Knowledge of CCLD licensing laws, regulations, and procedures. </p> <p>• Background check case management system experience. </p> <p>• Familiarity with Licensing Information System (LIS). </p> <p>• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office software. </p> <p>• Motivated, professional, and friendly with a collaborative mindset. </p> <h3>Special Requirements </h3> <p>A Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) or Supplemental Questionnaire must be submitted with the application.
