<p></p><h3>It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing! </h3> <p>We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. </p> <p>If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us! </p> <p><b>All Jobs </b> &gt; Job Code : </p> <h3>SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST </h3> <p>Contract-to-Hire </p> <p>5-10 Years </p> <h3>Job Summary/ Responsibilities </h3> <p><b>Education &amp; Experience </b> </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited U.S. university or equivalent military/commercial experience in business or analysis related fields </li> <li>Minimum 3 years of specific experience with business management and analysis </li> <li>Experience with Microsoft Access, SharePoint, MS Office Suite, and SQL </li> </ul> <p><b>Key Responsibilities </b> </p> <ul> <li>Collect, track, and analyze data metrics across all business lines for LCSRON TWO </li> <li>Create reports, graphs, charts, and dashboards for Flag-level briefings </li> <li>Prepare and present high-level briefings using Microsoft PowerPoint </li> <li>Support Chief of Staff and Department Heads with process improvement recommendations </li> <li>Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to develop and maintain databases </li> <li>Participate in twice-weekly status meetings and weekly SME meetings </li> <li>Assist in developing streamlined processes to reduce duplicate and redundant work </li> <li>Submit monthly status reports by the 5th business day of each month </li> <li>Assist with T2Q database cleanup and reporting within first 30 days </li> </ul> <p><b>Required Skills </b> </p> <ul> <li>Microsoft Access and SharePoint </li> <li>MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) </li> <li>SQL and similar business analyst applications </li> <li>Strong data analysis and reporting ability </li> <li>Ability to convey complex analysis in simple graphs, charts, and tables </li> <li>Excellent oral and written English communication skills </li> <li>Positive interpersonal skills and team player approach </li> </ul> <h3>How will you make an Impact? </h3> <h3>Must Have </h3> <h3>Success Profile </h3> <p>What makes you successful?
