GO Developer

<p></p><h3>Job Description </h3> <p>As a Go Developer on this project, you will be instrumental in developing and deploying a robust and scalable set of rules functions. Your responsibilities will include: </p> <ul> <li>Assisting in the design and implementation of core features for the automated application screening and intelligent scoring system, specifically leveraging business rules engines. </li> <li>Collaborating closely with the TA team, product managers, and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions. </li> <li>Developing high-quality, maintainable, and efficient Go code within an agile development environment. </li> <li>Implementing efficient data models and database interactions. </li> <li>Assisting with integrating the new system with existing platforms, including Greenhouse ATS. </li> <li>Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers. </li> <li>Troubleshooting and debugging issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of the application. </li> <li>Contributing to technical documentation and best practices. </li> </ul> <p>Qualifications: </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. </li> <li>3-5 years of experience in Go development, with a strong understanding of concurrency and object-oriented programming principles. </li> <li>Solid experience with Go frameworks (e.g., Gin, Echo). </li> <li>Proficiency in designing and developing RESTful APIs. </li> <li>Good understanding of database systems (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., GORM). </li> <li>Experience with business rules engines like Zen, or similar, is highly desirable. </li> <li>Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus. </li> <li>Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React) is beneficial but not required. </li> <li>Demonstrated ability to write clean, testable, and efficient code. </li> </ul> <h3>Additional Information </h3> <p>All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. </p> <p></p> #J-18808-Ljbffr
