<p></p><h3>Your Role </h3><p>The Behavioral Health Services (BHS) team is responsible for developing and executing a best-in-class behavioral health insurance product for Blue Shield. The Behavioral Health Business Analyst, Principal, will report to the Director of Strategic Planning & Performance. In this role you will serve as a critical partner between the BHS team and the technical teams, through cross-functional collaboration, to identify and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, quality and value. </p><p>Our leadership model is about developing great leaders at all levels and creating opportunities for our people to grow - personally, professionally, and financially. We are looking for leaders that are energized by creative and critical thinking, building and sustaining high-performing teams, getting results the right way, and fostering continuous learning. </p><h3>Your Knowledge and Experience </h3><ul><li>Requires mastery level knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. </li><li>Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience </li><li>Requires at least 10 years of prior relevant experience </li><li>Requires experience in health plan experience; having worked within managed care, academic or government payer </li><li>Requires experience working within behavioral health, substance abuse or a mental health environment </li><li>Requires experience defining and implementing technologies and tools to support relevant operational process automation and analysis </li><li>Must have experience defining technology and business requirements and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to support and sustain business applications </li><li>Requires experience driving sustainable change across multiple stakeholders </li><li>Desires experience with behavioral healthcare from any combination of perspectives: plan, vendor, clinical, provider relations, managed behavioral health organization, etc. </li><li>Experience with Facets, AuthAccel and CareConnect preferred </li> </ul><h3>Hybrid </h3><p>This role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility. For most teams, this means coming into office two days each week. </p><p>Employees living more than 50 miles from an office location will work with their manager to determine in-office time based on business need. </p> <p></p> #J-18808-Ljbffr
