Senior User Experience Designer

<p></p><h3>Responsibilities </h3> <ul> <li>You’ll bring excellence in design craft and critical thinking to create cohesive, high-quality product experiences that delight users and drive business impact </li> <li>Lead the design and execution of end-to-end product experiences — from concept to polished UI — balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities </li> <li>Apply advanced mastery of Figma and prototyping tools to craft detailed interaction flows, component-level systems, and high-fidelity designs that raise the bar for quality and consistency </li> <li>Partner closely with product, engineering, research, and content peers to explore opportunities, refine hypotheses, and deliver solutions that connect strategy to execution </li> <li>Present and articulate design rationale through clear storytelling, connecting design decisions to measurable outcomes and product vision </li> <li>Maintain well-documented, organized design systems and assets to support cross-team alignment and efficient handoffs </li> </ul> <h3>Technical Requirements </h3> <ul> <li>6+ years of professional product design experience, ideally in ecommerce and/or vehicles </li> <li>Advanced mastery of Figma and prototyping tools, with a portfolio that demonstrates impactful contributions to product design and user experience across native and web platforms </li> <li>Strong storytelling skills in presenting design thinking, rationale, and user journeys to team members and stakeholders </li> <li>Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners from content, research, product and engineering, integrating insights and narratives into end-to-end design solutions </li> <li>Proficiency in workshop participation, user-centered research, and testing to inform design iterations </li> <li>Inclusive, team-oriented mindset, open to feedback and dedicated to continuous personal development </li> </ul> <p></p> #J-18808-Ljbffr
