The AGPA is expected to independently carry out all phases of application processing duties, act in a lead capacity for training staff, participate on policy‑development work groups, and represent the Adult and Senior Care Program in outreach programs. </p> <p>Key responsibilities include: </p> <ul> <li>Ensuring corporate accountability of licensees operating multiple facilities throughout the state under a broad corporate structure. </li> <li>Monitoring and tracking licensees with multiple locations to identify patterns and trends of systemic noncompliance problems. </li> <li>Creating management reports that identify patterns and corrective action plans. </li> <li>Screening applicants for licensure against prior compliance history to avoid inappropriate license expansion. </li> </ul> <h3>Special Requirements </h3> <ul> <li>Position requires a Background Investigation to be cleared prior to being hired. </li> </ul> <h3>Application Instructions </h3> <p>A complete application package must be received by the final filing date of January 22, 2026.
