We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. </p> <h3>Responsibilities </h3> <p>Client is seeking an Intermediate to Senior Business Analyst for a staff augmentation engagement supporting strategic initiatives across Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data, and Enterprise Technology modernization. </p> <p>This role will work with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities, define business needs, facilitate requirements, analyze processes, support strategic planning, and help deliver enterprise-wide solutions. </p> <h3>Key Success Factors </h3> <ul> <li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment </li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li> <li>Comfortable navigating ambiguous or evolving requirements </li> <li>Ability to connect business objectives with technology solutions </li> <li>Skilled at building relationships and gaining stakeholder alignment </li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications </h3> <h3>Minimum (Required): </h3> <ul> <li>AI strategy, governance, or implementation initiatives </li> <li>Data governance, data management, reporting, analytics, or modernization efforts </li> <li>Enterprise technology implementations or modernization programs </li> <li>Microsoft ecosystem experience (M365, Copilot, Power Platform, Azure, Foundry, etc.) </li> <li>Large enterprise or public-sector environments </li> </ul> <h3>Preferred (Optional): </h3> <ul> <li>5+ years experience Business Analyst on technology-focused initiatives </li> <li>Experience supporting AI, Generative AI, data, analytics, automation, or digital transformation projects </li> <li>Strong ability to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements </li> <li>Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, and cross-functional discussions </li> <li>Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements and recommendations </li> <li>Experience assessing and improving business processes </li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communication </li> <li>Experience working with technical teams, product owners, project managers, architects, and business stakeholders </li> <li>Experience supporting Agile and/or Scrum delivery teams </li> </ul> <p></p> #J-18808-Ljbffr
