Seasonal Accounts Receivable Representative

<p></p><h3>Job Title </h3> <p>Seasonal Resident Account Representative </p> <h3>FLSA Status </h3> <p>Non-Exempt, Hourly </p> <h3>Location </h3> <p>New York, NY </p> <h3>Worksite Status </h3> <p>Onsite </p> <h3>Position Details </h3> <p>We’ll work in our office Monday - Friday, with a tentative end date of October 31. </p> <h3>Responsibilities </h3> <ul> <li>Execute residential vacates within the 14‑day regulatory timeframe and apply move‑out charges against security deposit, issuing remaining refund via EFT or check. </li> <li>Process lease administration tasks including move‑ins, move‑outs, renewals, and adjustments in the operating systems with accuracy and timeliness for residential and commercial tenants. </li> <li>Handle banking information for creation/withdrawal of security deposit funds during the move‑in/out cycle via the JPMC ESAP Portal. </li> <li>Provide a high level of customer service to residents via email ticketing system and telephone interaction, delivering polite resolutions and timely updates through closure. </li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications </h3> <ul> <li>Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable (2+ years preferred). </li> <li>Proven track record of delivering results, preferably in a multi‑family environment. </li> <li>Knowledge of MRI accounting software is a plus. </li> <li>Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). </li> <li>Ability to multi‑task under high pressure in a fast‑paced environment. </li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li> <li>Time management and organizational skills. </li> </ul> <h3>What We Offer </h3> <p>Hourly Rate: $23.00 (may vary based on skills, experience &amp; location). </p> <p>Beam provides a variety of benefits to team members including health insurance coverage eligible on your first day of work, retirement savings plan, paid parental leave, educational assistance, mental health resources, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO). </p> <h3>EEO Statement </h3> <p>We are an equal opportunity employer.
