You will find an informal, innovation friendly environment at 1 Market St in the middle of San Francisco downtown, overlooking some sweeping views of the Bay and Bay Bridge. </p> <h3>Job Description </h3> <p>Position Details: Location: Austin, TX Duration: 08/21/2016 with extensions for the right candidate and possible conversion for the right candidate Interview: Phone then onsite. # of Positions: 1 </p> <p>Seeking a User Experience Designer to provide analysis and design of consumer-facing self-service applications for web/mobile. </p> <p>Education/Experience: </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor degree in Design-related field </li> <li>3+ years of experience required </li> </ul> <p>Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: </p> <ul> <li>Conceptual Problem Solving </li> <li>Requirements gathering and production of style guides. </li> <li>Wire-framing a wide range of experiences not limited to web, mobile and tablet. </li> <li>Creation of high-fidelity, pixel perfect mock-ups </li> <li>Deliver user-centered design solutions in fast paced environment, with quick iterative cycles </li> <li>Willing to work with a geographically diverse team of product owners, UX designers, developers </li> <li>Capable of communicating effectively with engineers and problem solving UX issues </li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications </h3> <p>Must Have Skills: </p> <ul> <li>3-5 strong years of Agile development or knowledge, usability testing, user research. </li> <li>This candidate must have a strong interaction designer background. </li> <li>They must be comfortable speaking to product owners and development teams, a self starter, take/run with the project </li> </ul> <p>Responsibility level: </p> <ul> <li>Exercises independent judgment with minimal direction from supervisor. Serve as a design lead and work with our product partners to drive design decision making. </li> <li>Capable of leading meetings and speaking to design decision making clearly and intelligently. </li> </ul> <p>Skills: </p> <ul> <li>Conceptual design </li> <li>Able to maintain a high attention to detail in a fast paced, quick turn-around setting </li> <li>Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills (Required) </li> <li>Ability to interpret and design based on written style guides. (Required) </li> <li>Expert ability to work independently and manage one’s time (Required) </li> <li>Expert knowledge of Adobe products (Required) </li> <li>Working knowledge of Sketch (Required) </li> <li>Expert knowledge of design techniques and principals involved in the production of prototypes, wire-frames and high-fidelity mock-ups </li> <li>Strong visual design </li> <li>Strong aptitude for usability </li> <li>Working knowledge of HTML and CSS desired </li> </ul> <h3>Additional Information </h3> <p>All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. </p> <p></p> #J-18808-Ljbffr
