<p><strong>Position Overview: </strong>As an <strong>Operations Analyst </strong> at <strong>Orionyx Engineering Ltd. </strong>, you will play a vital role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. You will analyze data, identify trends, and recommend improvements to optimize processes and support project management. This position requires a blend of analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. </p><p><strong>This is a fully remote role for candidates within the United States. </strong> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong> </p><ul><li><strong>Data Analysis: </strong><ul><li>Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. </li><li>Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data and provide insights into operational performance. </li> </ul> </li><li><strong>Process Improvement: </strong><ul><li>Evaluate existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. </li> </ul> </li><li><strong>Project Support: </strong><ul><li>Assist project managers in monitoring project progress and performance metrics. </li><li>Provide data-driven insights to support project planning, execution, and reporting. </li> </ul> </li><li><strong>Performance Metrics: </strong><ul><li>Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness and efficiency. </li><li>Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for management review. </li> </ul> </li><li><strong>Cost Analysis: </strong><ul><li>Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the financial implications of operational decisions and process changes. </li><li>Support budgeting and forecasting activities by analyzing historical data and trends. </li> </ul> </li><li>Work closely with engineering, finance, and other departments to gather data and understand operational needs. </li><li>Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather input and feedback from stakeholders on process improvements. </li><li><strong>Documentation: </strong><ul><li>Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and operational guidelines. </li><li>Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for staff on new processes and tools. </li> </ul> </li><li>Utilize software tools and systems (e.g., ERP systems, data visualization tools) to streamline operations and enhance data analysis capabilities. </li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies that can improve operational efficiency. </li><li>Identify potential operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. </li><li>Monitor compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. </li><li>Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team members to share ideas and suggestions for enhancing operations. </li><li>Participate in initiatives aimed at improving overall operational effectiveness and team collaboration. </li> </ul><p><strong>Qualifications: </strong> </p><ul><li><strong>Education </strong>: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. </li><li><strong>Experience </strong>: Previous experience in operations analysis or a related role; experience in an engineering or technical environment is preferred. </li><li><strong>Skills </strong>:<ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. </li><li>Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or other data visualization software). </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner. </li><li>Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Lean Six Sigma) is a plus. </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. </li> </ul> </li> </ul><p><strong>Work Environment: </strong>This position is a fully remote work, requiring the ability to manage tasks independently and effectively communicate with team members via digital platforms. </p><p><strong>Job Types: </strong> Full-time </p><p><strong>Pay: </strong> From $27.50 - $48.50 per hour </p><p><strong>Schedule: </strong> Monday to Friday (8 hours daily) </p> #J-18808-Ljbffr
