<p></p><h3>Description </h3> <p>At Equitable, we help clients secure their financial well‑being so they can pursue long and fulfilling lives – a mission we’ve honed since 1859. </p> <p>Corporate Sourcing and Procurement (CSP) partners with business areas as trusted advisors and business facilitators, providing leading sourcing strategies, managing risk, and maximizing the total value returned from a diverse set of vendors. </p> <p>Equitable is looking for a Senior Vendor Management Analyst who will be a key member of the Vendor Management Program Office, a team within CSP. This role works collaboratively with team members on assigned Sourcing, Operations, and Vendor Management activities determined by continuous prioritization of business needs. </p> <h3>What You’ll Be Doing </h3> <ul> <li>Project‑manage annual critical vendor risk re‑assessments. </li> <li>Facilitate the vendor off‑boarding function and manage a portfolio of risk reviews. </li> <li>Support loading of contracts into the vendor management tool and pull contracts to support ad hoc inquiries. </li> <li>Coordinate information requests across departments, resolve issues and questions by investigating facts across various CSP systems. </li> <li>Document processes, draft inter‑ and intra‑departmental communications, and perform other duties as assigned. </li> <li>Work directly with business areas and risk stakeholders such as CISO, BCP, Privacy, and Records Retention to ensure timely and accurate processing of risk reviews. </li> <li>Use OneTrust, Smartsheet, and Ariba to manage vendor risk activities. </li> <li>Facilitate risk reviews on third‑party vendors depending on vendor type and criticality. </li> <li>Effectively project‑manage each risk review to meet contract due dates. </li> <li>Collaborate with risk Subject Matter Experts to ensure reviews and follow‑up are performed timely. </li> <li>Identify issues in the complete Business Area Risk Assessment and resolve them with the Business Area Vendor Manager. </li> <li>Support program maturation and monitor higher‑risk relationships, providing updates to management as required. </li> <li>Facilitate vendor off‑boarding and upload executed contracts with proper metadata into the Vendor Management tool. </li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications </h3> <p><b>Required Qualifications: </b> </p> <ul> <li>Associate’s degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related field. </li> <li>2+ years of vendor management or experience in the Insurance Industry. </li> <li>Project Management Skills – ability to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives within assigned time limits while maintaining work quality. </li> <li>Ability to work independently with minimum guidance from Management. </li> <li>Analytical ability to obtain and assess data to resolve issues. </li> <li>Ability to analyze information critically, assess assumptions, and raise concerns constructively as needed. </li> <li>Investigative curiosity and attention to detail. </li> </ul> <p><b>Preferred Qualifications: </b> </p> <ul> <li>General understanding of Sourcing &amp; Procurement. </li> <li>OneTrust Third‑party Risk Management module experience. </li> <li>Risk‑based mindset and approach. </li> </ul> <h3>Benefits </h3> <ul> <li>Hybrid work schedule with an on‑site presence of 2–3 days per week. </li> <li>Base salary range: $58,000 - $70,000, with additional performance‑based compensation. </li> <li>Spot bonuses and short‑term incentive compensation opportunities. </li> <li>Full range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off. </li> </ul> <h3>Equal Employment Opportunity Statement </h3> <p>Equitable is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to employees, applicants, and candidates based on individual qualifications, without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity and expression, age, national origin, mental or physical disabilities, sexual orientation, veteran status, genetic information, or any other class protected by federal, state and local laws. </p> <p>Equitable participates in the E‑Verify program.
