<p></p><p>Citibank, N.A. seeks a Cross‑disciplinary Controls Lead Analyst for its Tampa, FL location. </p> <h3>Responsibilities </h3> <ul> <li>Support the assessment of the effectiveness of existing controls, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary changes. </li> <li>Create control enhancements focused on increasing efficiency and reducing risk. </li> <li>Assist in the execution of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and adherence with Risk Management and Compliance Policies. </li> <li>Help support the MCA program, including the annual/semi‑annual/quarterly/monthly attestation, quality oversight, and related reporting. </li> <li>Assist in the execution of the MCA in accordance with the ORM Policy &amp; Framework, as well as applicable Policies, Standards, and Procedures. </li> <li>Help assess activities and processes as per required Policies, Standards and Procedures to strengthen risk management quality. </li> <li>Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop comprehensive corrective action plans to address identified control gaps or failures. </li> <li>Participate in issue quality reviews ensuring compliance with Issue Management Policy, Standards and Procedures. </li> <li>Support the development of standardized risk and controls reporting to ensure that sound, reliable, and consistent information exists across the organization, enabling better management and decision‑making in line with the expectations of senior management, Board, and Regulators. </li> <li>Participate in the operations of Citi's governance committees, including coordinating meetings, managing agendas, and ensuring follow‑up on action items. </li> </ul> <h3>Requirements </h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. </li> <li>Six (6) years of experience in the job offered or in a related finance occupation identifying, measuring and supporting key risks and controls. </li> <li>Experience must include: performing operational risk management, regulatory reporting requirements, and internal control frameworks (COSO‑SOX, Basel Standards); utilizing analytical frameworks to measure process effectiveness and generate data‑driven recommendations; utilizing workflow tools and reporting dashboards; performing data governance, accounting principles, and regulatory frameworks; developing large‑scale regulatory and control initiatives; supporting operational risk events, issue management, and control testing; performing standardized risk and control reporting. </li> <li>Proficiency in enterprise risk platforms, regulatory reporting applications, workflow management systems, governance platforms, and data analytics tools. </li> <li>Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. </li> </ul> <h3>Compensation </h3> <p>Wage range: $127,962.00 to $152,500.00 plus potential discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
