<p></p><h3>Performance and Accountability Coordinator </h3> <p>Harris County Department of Education – Adult Education, Houston, Texas </p> <h3>Job Details </h3> <p><b>Job ID: </b> <br /><b>Application Deadline: </b> Jul 15, 2026 5:00 PM (Central Standard Time)<br /><b>Posted: </b> Jul 01, 2026 5:00 AM (UTC)<br /><b>Starting Date: </b> Immediately </p> <h3>Job Description </h3> <p><b>Primary Purpose: </b> Lead grant performance and accountability including data management and reporting. </p> <p><b>Qualifications: </b> </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university </li> <li>Certificate or license in an appropriate field preferred </li> </ul> <p><b>Special Knowledge/Skills: </b> </p> <ul> <li>Excellent analytical and quantitative skills </li> <li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel </li> <li>Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) </li> <li>Ability to interpret policy, procedures, and data </li> </ul> <p><b>Experience: </b> </p> <ul> <li>Minimum of one year experience in administration </li> <li>Minimum of three years area specific experience </li> </ul> <p><b>Major Responsibilities and Duties: </b> </p> <ul> <li>Support the coordination of data collection and performance reporting for all TWC Adult Education grants. </li> <li>Manage compliance with the AEL Testing Guide, AEL Performance Guide and applicable AEL and WD letters and other performance requirements. </li> <li>Provide weekly reports to management team on selected program performance metrics. </li> <li>Manage user access, permissions, and terminations to TEAMS system. </li> <li>Ensure that all security requirements have been met before access to TEAMS is granted. </li> <li>Work with program managers and other staff to develop data-based teacher performance evaluation models for program improvement. </li> <li>Work closely with HCDE’s Research and Evaluation team on local program accountability including student satisfaction surveys for program improvement. </li> <li>Provide support in the registration and placement of students in classes as needed. </li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li> </ul> <p><b>Position Type: </b> Full-Time<br /><b>Salary: </b> $72,514 to $88,975 Per Year </p> <h3>Job Requirements </h3> <ul> <li>Citizenship, residency or work visa required </li> </ul> <p></p> #J-18808-Ljbffr
