Our team supports Defense, Intelligence Community, and National Security clients with mission-focused business operations, program support, communications, data, policy, and management services. </p> <p>We offer tailored benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, short- and long-term disability, flexible work schedules, cash bonuses, technology support, tuition reimbursement, 401(k), and more. </p> <h3>About the Work </h3> <p>Lead high-impact business analysis, process modernization, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement for U.S. Government mission organizations. </p> <h3>Your Duties </h3> <ul> <li>Provide senior program and project management support, including strategic plans, policies, and SOPs. </li> <li>Lead process improvement and re-engineering efforts across business and mission support functions. </li> <li>Develop executive-level briefings, talking points, metrics, and recommendations. </li> <li>Advise senior leaders and coordinate across internal and external stakeholders. </li> </ul> <h3>Required Skills and Experience </h3> <ul> <li>TS/SCI security clearance and U.S. citizenship. </li> <li>10 to 15+ years of relevant experience in program management, GEOINT or IC operations, or cross-functional business analysis. </li> <li>Strong leadership, strategic communication, analytical, and program management skills. </li> <li>Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and data visualization or reporting tools. </li> </ul> <p></p> #J-18808-Ljbffr
