Senior Business Analyst

<p>We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background inenterprise accounts and e-commerce platforms, particularly Magento. The ideal candidatewill have excellent communication skills, the ability to quickly understand complex projects,and experience working closely with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams inan onsite–offshore delivery model. </p><h3>Key Responsibilities </h3><ul><li>Collaborate with enterprise clients to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. </li><li>Quickly understand end-to-end project scope, business objectives, and technical landscape. </li><li>Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure clarity of requirements. </li><li>Lead requirement workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution walkthroughs. </li><li>Prepare high-quality documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria. </li><li>Manage and refine product backlogs in JIRA. </li><li>Maintain project documentation and knowledge repositories in Confluence. </li><li>Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. </li><li>Facilitate Scrum ceremonies when required and ensure Agile best practices are followed. </li><li>Coordinate effectively in an onsite–offshore engagement model, ensuring seamless communication and delivery alignment. </li><li>Support UAT cycles and ensure traceability from requirements to delivery. </li> </ul> #J-18808-Ljbffr
