Senior Business Analyst (ERP systems experience is required))

<p></p><p>We are partnering on a newly created opportunity for a <b>Senior Business Analyst, Accounting Systems </b> to play a key role at the intersection of <b>Accounting, IT, and Data Engineering </b>. </p><p>This position will take ownership of a critical accounting platform (ERP) and its broader data ecosystem, driving enhancements, integrations, and data quality across the organization. </p><p><b>Location: </b> Fort Worth, TX (Stockyards) – 100% onsite (5 days/week) </p><p><b>Strong work-life balance </b> </p><h3>Responsibilities include: </h3><ul><li>Own the roadmap for accounting systems and integrated platforms </li><li>Define data requirements, mappings, and transformation logic </li><li>Partner with IT &amp; Data teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions </li><li>Act as the bridge between Accounting and technical teams </li><li>Lead system and data initiatives from concept through delivery </li><li>Enable accurate financial reporting and analytics (e.g., Power BI) </li><li>Ensure data integrity, governance, and system performance </li> </ul><h3>What we are looking for: </h3><ul><li>5+ years in product ownership, business analysis, or similar roles </li><li>Strong SQL skills and experience with data validation/ETL concepts </li><li>Ability to translate business needs into technical/data requirements </li><li>Experience working cross-functionally with Accounting &amp; IT teams </li><li>Experience with accounting systems (ERP platforms) </li><li>Exposure to tools like Azure Data Factory or Power BI </li> </ul><p>This is a high-impact role with visibility across business and technical teams—ideal for someone who enjoys owning both systems strategy and data quality. </p><p>If you are interested in learning more about the opportunitiy, please reach out to Thun Lennert at </p> <p></p> #J-18808-Ljbffr
