Our Partner Development Representatives act as the initial point of contact and are responsible for hunting and qualifying partners to build new partnerships that drive sales opportunities for Ramp. </p> <h3>What You’ll Do </h3> <ul> <li>Source new partner opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound outreach </li> <li>Qualify prospects through consultative conversation in a variety of channels including but not limited to: accounting firms, private equity firms, banks, GSIs, and software providers. </li> <li>Grow top of partner funnel through warm and cold outbound campaigns </li> <li>Find new and unique ways to build and develop partner relationships </li> <li>Maintain accurate client relationship data within Salesforce </li> </ul> <h3>What You Need </h3> <ul> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li> <li>Excellent listening skills and energetic and professional phone and Zoom presence </li> <li>High level of comfort with sales, prospecting and both virtual and in person </li> <li>Dedication to tracking and improving performance and efficiency on a daily basis </li> <li>Deep interest in understanding specific business challenges with the different verticals </li> <li>Sense of entrepreneurship: a self‑starter with a high sense of urgency, ability to work within undefined processes and a will to find a way </li> </ul> <h3>Nice-to-Haves </h3> <ul> <li>Prior experience within partnerships or channel sales </li> <li>Prior experience with customer‑facing and/or sales roles </li> <li>Experience with one of our channel partners (accounting firm, private equity, venture capital, banking, GSI) </li> <li>Prior CRM experience (preferably Salesforce) </li> <li>Experience at a high‑growth startup </li> <li>Ability to understand financial services </li> <li>Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year university </li> </ul> <h3>Compensation </h3> <ul> <li>The annual salary/OTE range for the target level for this role is $97,750-$115,000 + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)) </li> </ul> <h3>Benefits (for U.S.-based full‑time employees) </h3> <ul> <li>100% medical, dental &amp; vision insurance coverage for you <ul> <li>Partially covered for your dependents </li> <li>One Medical annual membership </li> </ul> </li> <li>401k (including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp) </li> <li>Flexible PTO </li> <li>Fertility HRA (up to $5,000 per year) </li> <li>WFH stipend to support your home office needs </li> <li>Wellness stipend </li> <li>Parental Leave </li> <li>Relocation support </li> <li>Pet insurance </li> </ul> <p></p> #J-18808-Ljbffr
