Our company is looking for a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals with customers who need high-quality custom apparel and printed products. </p><p>Key Responsibilities: </p><p>Proactively reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and in-person visits. </p><p>Develop and maintain relationships with businesses, schools, sports teams, and other organizations. </p><p>Educate clients on our services and help them find the best solutions for their needs. </p><p>Close deals and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. </p><p>Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently generating new business. </p><p>What We’re Looking For: </p><p>Prior sales experience is a plus but not required—hustle and determination matter most! </p><p>Excellent communication and negotiation skills. </p><p>Ability to work independently and stay motivated. </p><p>Some knowledge of the custom decorated apparel industry is a bonus. </p><p>Contacts within organizations (companies, clubs, sports teams, etc) are a big plus! </p><p>Compensation &amp; Schedule: </p><p>Compensation is negotiable based on experience, with the potential to start as a 100% commission-based position.
