Senior User Experience Designer

<p></p><h3>Responsibilities </h3> <ul> <li>Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to visualize user flows and design concepts </li> <li>Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback, usability testing, and business requirements </li> <li>Apply and contribute to design systems and component libraries to ensure visual and functional consistency </li> <li>Implement responsive and adaptive design principles across devices and screen sizes </li> <li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to produce engaging, high-quality digital content across platforms </li> <li>Communicate design intent clearly to partners and development teams to ensure accurate implementation </li> <li>Manage design initiatives from concept through completion, meeting deadlines and quality standards </li> <li>Partner closely with business users and developers to ensure design feasibility and technical alignment </li> <li>Participate in design retrospectives and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes </li> <li>Engage with global design peers to share best practices and evolve design workflows </li> </ul> <h3>Required Qualifications </h3> <ul> <li>Deep understanding of UX/UI principles with demonstrable professional experience </li> <li>Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools, including <b>Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator </b> </li> <li>Excellent knowledge of storyboarding and user flow development </li> <li>Strong visual design skills with a refined attention to detail </li> <li>Exceptional communication and collaboration skills </li> <li>Ability to work independently as a self-starter while contributing effectively to team environments </li> </ul> <h3>Preferred Qualifications </h3> <ul> <li>Experience working in <b>Financial Services </b> or other highly regulated industries </li> <li>Experience collaborating with cross-functional, distributed teams </li> </ul> <p></p> #J-18808-Ljbffr
