We're a passionate team driven by innovation, empathy, and results. </p><h3>Position Summary </h3><p>We’re looking for a Web Developer with expert-level Webflow skills to help shape and elevate SheMed’s digital presence. In this role, you will design, build, and refine high-performing webpages and product experiences that reflect our brand and resonate with women seeking trustworthy, science-driven care. </p><p>This position blends UI/UX design, Webflow development, and storytelling, helping us deliver digital experiences that are intuitive, empowering, and aligned with SheMed’s mission. </p><h3>Responsibilities </h3><ul><li>Design and develop responsive webpages, landing pages, and microsites in Webflow, delivering a polished, modern visual experience. </li><li>Build scalable Webflow CMS structures to support program content, health education resources, and ongoing feature expansion. </li><li>Translate brand guidelines into elegant, user-centered digital journeys tailored to women’s health needs. </li><li>Optimize for speed, accessibility, SEO, and mobile-first usability. </li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Clinical, and Operations to bring campaigns, product updates, and educational content to life. </li><li>Create UX prototypes and interactive components to support iteration and stakeholder feedback. </li><li>Maintain, update, and enhance existing Webflow pages with consistency and attention to detail. </li><li>Implement purposeful animations and micro-interactions that enhance engagement without compromising performance. Identify and troubleshoot issues, ensuring a stable, high-quality user experience. </li><li>Stay current on Webflow updates, UX best practices, and design trends in women’s digital health. </li> </ul><h3>Qualifications </h3><ul><li>3+ years of experience as a Web Designer, Webflow Developer, or similar role. </li><li>Expert proficiency in Webflow, including CMS, interactions, responsive layouts, and component-based builds. </li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating modern UI/UX design and Webflow-based websites. </li><li>Experience designing for consumer-facing digital products, ideally in health, wellness, or mission-driven brands. </li><li>Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools. </li><li>Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and UX heuristics. </li><li>Working knowledge of HTML/CSS (JavaScript a plus). </li><li>Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment. </li><li>Strong communicator with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset. </li><li>Bonus: experience in healthcare, telehealth, or wellness sectors </li> </ul><h3>Why Join SheMed </h3><p>SheMed is redefining women’s health by combining cutting-edge clinical research with compassionate, tech-driven care, giving you the chance to shape the future of healthcare at scale.
