Software Developer

<p></p><p>We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to support a large-scale systems modernization and migration project. The role focuses on modernizing legacy systems, enhancing business workflows, and integrating data-driven applications into a unified digital platform. The consultant will collaborate with internal stakeholders to build efficient, scalable, and secure technology solutions. This position is based in Miami, FL. </p> <h3>Key Responsibilities </h3> <ul> <li>Lead the migration of legacy systems (MS Access, Mainframe) into modern web-based platforms </li> <li>Design and develop new features and automation tools to streamline workflows and improve performance </li> <li>Build, test, and maintain applications using C#, .NET, and MVC frameworks </li> <li>Create and manage RESTful/SOAP APIs for data integrations and system communication </li> <li>Develop ETL workflows using SSIS and design reports using SSRS </li> <li>Manage and optimize Oracle and SQL databases for performance, integrity, and scalability </li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet business and technical requirements </li> <li>Support the integration of electronic content management (ECM) and online submission/invoicing systems </li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications </h3> <ul> <li>Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and object-oriented programming (OOP) </li> <li>Advanced skills in PL/SQL, query optimization, and data modeling </li> <li>Experience with MVC architecture, web services, and Windows applications </li> <li>Hands‑on experience with SSIS (ETL) and SSRS (reporting) </li> <li>Familiarity with large‑scale system migrations and automation workflows </li> <li>Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills </li> <li>Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment </li> </ul> <h3>Preferred Experience </h3> <ul> <li>Experience in large organizations or public‑sector environments is a plus </li> <li>Background in system modernization or enterprise migration projects </li> </ul> <p>Seniority Level: Associate | Employment Type: Contract | Job Function: Engineering and Information Technology | Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting </p> <p>Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 </p> <p></p> #J-18808-Ljbffr
