<p></p><h3>Sr. Technical Recruiter at Resolution Technologies </h3><p>Our client is seeking a dynamic individual with high energy and drive to join their Work Force Management (WFM) software development team as a Software Engineer. This engineer will primarily focus on the development of cloud native applications with server-side design, development, implementation, and testing. This engineer will work in an Agile development environment and follow Agile processes and practices. </p><h3>Cloud-Native Java Developer Role and Responsibilities </h3><ul><li>Design and develop quality, proficient and well documented technical solutions that satisfy business requirements and meets corporate architectural standards. </li><li>Develop solid unit, integration, and automation tests according to organizational standards. </li><li>Assist in troubleshooting and maintenance of existing software applications; identify and implement additional improvements when warranted; work with external stakeholders as needed. </li><li>Develop in AWS Cloud. </li><li>Develop technical models / design for assigned components. </li><li>Contribute to and drive technological and architectural decisions. </li><li>Participate in reviewing design and code for other team members. </li><li>Gets team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques. </li><li>Works with Scrum Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams. </li><li>Contributes to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization. </li><li>Functions as a subject matter expert in multiple product components. </li> </ul><h3>Cloud-Native Java Developer Required Technical Skills and Experience </h3><ul><li>Minimum 3 years of professional Java application development experience. </li><li>1+ years of experience in AWS Cloud with Lambda, batch, SNS, Aurora DB with MySQL, Redis. </li><li>Expertise in server-side development using Hibernate, Spring, Spring Boot in Java including server-side testing using JUnit, Mockito/EasyMock. </li><li>Experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) and ability to effectively integrate generative AI into the software development lifecycle for code generation, debugging, and optimization. </li><li>Good to have experience in "Vibe Coding" methodologies - rapid prototyping, iterative development, and creative problem-solving approaches that leverage AI assistance to accelerate development velocity. </li><li>Proven track record of driving technical innovation within development teams, including evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies, process improvements, and mentoring others on cutting-edge development practices. </li><li>Demonstrated experience with multi-tier web application development. </li><li>Hands on experience with Continuous Integration and Test-Driven Development. </li><li>Experience with JBoss or Tomcat. </li><li>Prior experience with MAVEN and Jenkins is a plus. </li><li>Good knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement). </li><li>Experience with techniques for solving optimization problems such as constraint programming, dynamic programming, linear and mixed integer programming </li> </ul><h3>Cloud-Native Java Developer Preferred Soft Skills </h3><ul><li>Excellent interpersonal skills. </li><li>Self-motivated &amp; flexible. </li><li>Demonstrates resilience and adaptability when working within organizational constraints, legacy systems, or established processes that cannot be immediately changed. </li><li>Shows ability to find creative solutions and deliver value within existing limitations while building consensus for future improvements. </li><li>Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities. </li><li>Maintains positive attitude and constructive approach when faced with bureaucratic processes, technical debt, or resistance to change. </li><li>Leads, collaborates, and coordinates with others to ensure significant results. </li><li>Detail oriented with excellent organization skills. </li> </ul><h3>Cloud-Native Java Developer Required Education </h3><ul><li>Undergraduate/Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or related subject. </li> </ul><h3>Seniority level </h3><p>Mid-Senior level </p><h3>Employment type </h3><p>Full-time </p><h3>Job function </h3><p>Information Technology </p><p>Location: Dallas, TX • Salary: $140,000-$220,000 </p> <p></p> #J-18808-Ljbffr
