Marketing Specialist

<p></p><h3>Base Pay Range </h3> <p>$37.00/hr - $340.00/hr </p> <h3>Duration </h3> <p>6‑month contract </p> <h3>Job Responsibilities </h3> <ul> <li>Grow the email channel to support device unit attainment goals. </li> <li>Drive the creation and implementation of new automated email programs. </li> <li>Build email campaigns and execute traffic‑driving efforts to support sales of devices. </li> <li>Develop robust A/B and MVT testing programs to optimize for sales and unit sell‑through. </li> <li>Report on progress against goals and relevant email metrics to senior management. </li> <li>Assist in the development of the vision and strategy for the email/CRM roadmap. </li> <li>Produce creative assets in partnership with a dedicated design team. </li> <li>Edit (XML, HTML) and publish content to the site via CMS. </li> </ul> <h3>Degrees / Certs and/or Experience Required </h3> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience designing and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email, on‑device/mobile, and/or display. </li> <li>Writing customer‑facing copy that is on‑brand, relevant, and tailored to the online customer. </li> <li>Proficiency with Content Management Systems and the ability to edit basic HTML and XML. </li> <li>1+ years’ experience using SQL and similar queries to analyze data. </li> <li>Must be comfortable with Excel and capable of manipulating data to perform both high‑level and more granular analysis.
