<p></p><p>We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and highly personable <b>Events Coordinator &amp; Firm Ambassador </b> to represent our firm in the community, develop strong referral relationships, and oversee events that support brand awareness, client outreach, and community engagement. This hybrid role blends event management with relationship-building to generate opportunities that strengthen the firm’s network and reputation. </p> <h3>Key Responsibilities </h3> <ul> <li><b>Event Planning &amp; Execution </b> </li> <li>Plan, coordinate, and execute firm-sponsored events, community outreach activities, and networking opportunities. </li> <li>Manage event logistics including venue selection, vendor coordination, permits, budgets, and timelines. </li> <li>Track attendance, gather feedback, and measure ROI for all events. </li> <li>Develop event themes and activations that reflect the firm’s mission and values. </li> <li>Act as a primary representative of the firm at community events, professional gatherings, and industry functions. </li> <li>Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, local organizations, nonprofits, and key community stakeholders. </li> <li>Identify and pursue opportunities to participate in speaking engagements, sponsorships, and community initiatives. </li> <li>Maintain an active presence in targeted communities to increase brand recognition and goodwill. </li> <li>Drive and maintain the branded company vehicle. </li> <li><b>Marketing &amp; Outreach Collaboration </b> </li> <li>Work closely with the marketing team to promote events and initiatives via digital channels, media outreach, and direct invitations. </li> <li>Assist in the creation of event materials, signage, and branded giveaways. </li> <li>Collaborate with attorneys and staff to identify opportunities for client and partner engagement. </li> <li><b>Data &amp; Relationship Management </b> </li> <li>Maintain a contact database of partners, vendors, and community leaders. </li> <li>Track relationship touchpoints and follow-ups to ensure consistent engagement. </li> <li>Monitor the success of outreach efforts and report results to leadership. </li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications </h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, or related field preferred. </li> <li>2+ years of event coordination, marketing, community relations, or similar experience. </li> <li>Strong interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse audiences. </li> <li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. </li> <li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. </li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software is a plus. </li> <li>Must be comfortable working evenings or weekends for events, as needed. </li> </ul> <h3>Core Competencies </h3> <ul> <li><b>Relationship-Driven: </b> Able to build rapport quickly and sustain long-term partnerships. </li> <li><b>Organized &amp; Proactive: </b> Anticipates needs and addresses challenges before they arise. </li> <li><b>Professional &amp; Personable: </b> Represents the firm with integrity, warmth, and professionalism. </li> <li><b>Results-Oriented: </b> Focused on creating measurable impact from events and outreach. </li> <li>Competitive salary commensurate with experience. </li> <li>Paid time off and holidays. </li> <li>401(k) plan. </li> <li>Professional development and networking opportunities. </li> </ul> <p></p> #J-18808-Ljbffr
