Starting out of their kitchen, the four women created SkinnyDipped: thinly dipped chocolate almonds that are exceptionally good-for-you and ridiculously delicious. We are a women-led company driven by the belief that healthy snacking should make both you and your body happy. </p><p><strong>About The Role </strong> </p><p>We’re looking for a curious, hands-on Product Developer with strong culinary instincts and a genuine passion for great food. </p><p>In this role, you’ll support our Director of R&amp;D and Chief of Innovation in bringing new chocolate and snack ideas to life. You’ll help execute product development projects from early concept through launch - conducting benchtop work, coordinating trials, gathering data, managing documentation, and supporting cross-functional collaboration. You’ll play an essential role in transforming creative concepts into delicious products that reflect the heart of our brand. </p><p><strong>What You’ll Do </strong> </p><ul><li>Support the Director of R&amp;D and Chief of Innovation in developing new products from concept through launch - assisting with formulation, testing, and iterative refinement </li><li>In concert with the R&amp;D team, work with co-manufacturers and suppliers to help manage trials, collect samples, troubleshoot issues, and support smooth scale-up </li><li>Source and evaluate exceptional ingredients and packaging, bringing a sharp palate and a knack for discovering what tastes incredible and aligns with our brand </li><li>Conduct benchtop experiments, sensory evaluations, and shelf-life testing under the guidance of R&amp;D leadership </li><li>Project management including timelines, milestones, workflows, and cross-functional alignment to keep development efforts moving smoothly from concept through launch. </li><li>Keep formulations, data, and project documentation organized to ensure clarity, accuracy, and repeatability </li><li>Stay engaged with culinary and ingredient trends, surfacing inspiring ideas to the R&amp;D team </li> </ul><p><strong>What You Bring </strong> </p><ul><li>Strong foundation in culinary arts, food science, and product development, especially in translating culinary concepts into scalable CPG products </li><li>Demonstrated experience in commercialization of new products in CPG. </li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from ideation through commercialization, while meeting deadlines and budget constraints </li><li>Deep understanding of consumer and culinary trends, with the ability to apply insights to product innovation </li><li>A naturally curious palate and an instinct for what makes food taste exceptional </li><li>A collaborative, detail-oriented approach and a real love for great food </li> </ul><p><strong>Bonus Points If You: </strong> </p><ul><li>Have experience working with co-manufacturers </li><li>Have worked on clean-label, plant-based, or functional product development </li><li>Thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and enjoy working with passionate food people </li><li>Annual performance bonus </li><li>Equity opportunity </li><li>401(k) </li><li>Paid parental leave </li><li>Paid time off to volunteer </li><li>Additional perks like wellness &amp; tech stipends </li> </ul><p><strong>A Bit More About Us </strong> </p><p>We’re a female-founded success story.
