Oracle EBS Developer

<p></p><p>The Oracle EBS Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications within the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 environment. This role requires deep technical expertise in Oracle EBS modules, development tools, and APIs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflows, and database programming, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders. </p><h3>Key Responsibilities </h3><ul><li>Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions within the Oracle EBS R12 environment. </li><li>Work directly with Oracle EBS HCM and Finance modules to meet business requirements. </li><li>Develop and maintain Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflows, and custom applications. </li><li>Utilize Oracle APIs and AOL setups for concurrent programs, data structures, and module integration. </li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring system performance and reliability. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. </li><li>Provide documentation and training as needed for developed solutions. </li><li>Ensure compliance with established development standards and best practices. </li><li>Manage multiple tasks under shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Communicate effectively with management, peers, and end users. </li> </ul><h3>Required Qualifications </h3><ul><li>Strong working knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 Application architecture, data structures, and module functionality. </li><li>Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS development tools including Forms, Reports, Workflow, and Oracle database programming. </li><li>Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL\*Loader, and Oracle database (11g or higher). </li><li>Experience with AOL setups, concurrent program registrations, and Oracle APIs. </li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with attention to detail. </li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. </li><li>Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. </li><li>Excellent time management and multitasking skills. </li><li>Willingness to take initiative and follow through on projects. </li> </ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications </h3><ul><li>Knowledge of SOA and Oracle APEX development. </li><li>Experience with Oracle Workflow Administration and Oracle Developer Suite 10g. </li> </ul> <p></p> #J-18808-Ljbffr
