You will work closely with Risk Operations, Payments, Growth, and Senior Management to identify risky patterns and transform insights into actionable strategies. </p> <h3>Responsibilities </h3> <ul> <li>Be responsible for key performance metrics such as fraud losses, false positives, and operational efficiency. </li> <li>Deep‑dive into past and ongoing fraudulent trends, provide data‑driven insights, and build solutions and dashboards for continuous monitoring. </li> <li>Build and maintain fraud features, rules, and models in response to evolving fraud behaviors. </li> <li>Execute human‑in‑the‑loop reviews to complement automated systems. </li> <li>Review operational processes and systems, build feedback loops, and drive improvements. </li> </ul> <h3>Requirements </h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related discipline. </li> <li>3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst. </li> <li>2+ years of experience in Risk, Fraud investigations, or Trust &amp; Safety. </li> <li>Advanced SQL proficiency. </li> <li>Strong knowledge of reporting packages (Looker, Tableau, or similar) and programming (Python, including Python machine‑learning libraries). </li> <li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of data to extract meaningful insights. </li> <li>Adept at writing queries, reports, and presenting findings. </li> <li>Curious and eager to delve deep into data to uncover fraudsters. </li> <li>Advanced English proficiency. </li> </ul> <h3>Why this role matters </h3> <p>You will act as the connective tissue between our users, data, and product decisions.
